Mike Krieger is a partner with the law firm Kirton & McConkie, focusing on intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, computer law and licensing. He assists clients throughout the United States in developing and implementing intellectual-property business strategies. He has also served as an adjunct professor at J. Reuben Clark Law School teaching Intellectual Property law as well as coaching the IP Moot Court teams
Mike is a frequent speaker at international intellectual property conferences and serves on committees of both the International Trademark Association and Federation International des Conseils en Propriete, an international patent attorney organization.
